Biography

I was born and raised in Danbury CT. I knew at the early age of 12 that I wanted to be an Actor. I loved making up crazy stories on the spot, letting my imagination run wild. And everyone always believed me! My first experience with acting was in high school doing Theater, I was hooked.

After high school I attended SCSU in New Haven CT graduating with a Criminology degree, minoring in Theater and Nutrition. I choose to  follow in my father’s footsteps and became a professional firefighter, which I'm currently doing today. I have always loved helping people and the excitement of my job, but my heart is in telling stories. I missed having acting in my life.

In 2005, I began putting my full attention into acting, doing  theater and taking private lessons. That lead to studying at the William Esper 2 year Meisner program in NYC.  Since completing the Esper program I have played the phyically demanding role of Carl Young (Lead) in the independent feature The Taking  which has won many awards at film festivals and is in distribution in Australia and Germany.  I've had the pleasure of shooting roles on Rescue Me, Person of Interest, The Blacklist,  Alien Dawn and HBO’s new Cinemax Episodic Girls Guide to Depravity,  in which I played the recurring role of Sherman.

Learning to balance firefighting, spending time with my beautiful and supportive wife, playing with my three year old and changing diapers for my newest little girl , so I can do what I was meant to do, has been one of the most difficult and rewarding challenges of my life. When I'm not working on set, you can find me in a acting class, doing what I love, Acting!
